We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will generate leads, guide clients through property viewings, and close sales while providing exceptional customer service. You will market properties, negotiate deals, and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Job Title: Real Estate Salesperson / Agent
Location: UAE
Salary: AED 5,000 base + Commission

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and generate new clients (buyers, sellers, renters) through calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain and update a lead database.
  • Client Engagement & Consultation
  • Meet clients, understand their property needs, and advise based on market trends.
  • Provide tailored property solutions and guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process.
  • Property Marketing
  • Prepare property listings with detailed descriptions, photos, and features. I4 Resourcing+1
  • Use social media, real estate portals, and other platforms to market properties.
  • Property Viewings
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings for clients.
  • Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information during tours.
  • Negotiation & Deal Facilitation
  • Negotiate prices, offers, and terms between buyers and sellers. Real Estate
  • Assist clients with documentation (contracts, agreements, etc.) and coordinate with legal or financial parties.
  • Market Research & Valuation
  • Research market trends, property values, and comparable sales to advise clients.
  • Keep updated on local real estate regulations and market dynamics.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, landlords, and brokers.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Reporting & Administration
  • Keep accurate records of clients, sales activities, and property transactions.
  • Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts for management.
  • Compliance & Licensing
  • Ensure all property transactions comply with local real estate laws. Properties
  • Maintain any required real estate license (e.g., RERA in Dubai) where applicable.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience (real estate experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office). Website Media

  • Real estate license (if required by local regulations).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
