Yoho Properties is looking for ambitious, driven, and results-oriented Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai. We are actively hiring for the secondary real estate market, offering a direct employment, commission-only role for individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and property owners. Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.

Property Sales: Specialize in secondary market property sales across Dubai, while also having exposure to off-plan opportunities when applicable.

Market Expertise: Stay up to date with market trends, resale property values, and pricing strategies to provide clients with accurate and valuable advice.

Negotiation: Handle negotiations effectively to close deals that benefit both clients and the company.

Process Management: Guide clients through the full sales cycle, including documentation, legal procedures, and payment plans.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.

Performance Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in secondary market real estate sales in Dubai is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s resale property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals
• High school diploma or equivalent (degree is a plus)
