Property Sales Consultant – Muscat (Base Salary + Commission)

We are a performance-driven real estate agency with 10+ years in the market , working with serious buyers (locals and expats) and carefully selected freehold projects.

We welcome candidates with or without real estate experience . Structured training will be provided for the right people.

The Role

As a Property Sales Consultant, you will:

• Work with a steady flow of qualified leads (not random databases).
• Speak to clients daily in Arabic and English via phone, WhatsApp and in-person meetings.
• Understand budgets and motivation, match clients with the right projects, and drive deals from first contact to signed contract.
• Run structured follow-ups using our internal systems.
• Coordinate viewings, negotiations and documentation with our team.

You Are a Good Fit If You:

• Are based in Muscat or can realistically commute daily.
• Speak Arabic at a native/excellent level and have solid professional English (for expat and investor clients).
• Have experience in sales or customer-facing roles (real estate, banking, telecom, insurance, automotive, hospitality, call centre, etc.).
• Are comfortable with basic math (percentages, simple calculations) and working with Excel / Google Sheets / CRM systems.
• Enjoy working with targets, follow-ups and closing, not just sending information.
