Hiring: Property Sales Manager (UAE Real Estate)

We are looking for a Property Sales Manager with proven experience in the UAE real estate market to lead and manage our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Handle off-plan, secondary sales, and rental portfolios
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Monitor team performance and provide training/support
• Build strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE real estate (Mandatory)
• Proven experience in off-plan, secondary sales, and rentals
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and trends
• Target-driven with a strong sales track record
