Property Sales Manager (Real Estate)

We are urgently hiring for Sales Manager for one of our clients from Real Estate Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote outdoor media services, including billboards, pole-mounted displays, outdoor advertising boards, and digital display screens.
• Identify and pursue potential business opportunities, converting leads into long-term client partnerships.
• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Prepare customized proposals, media plans, and pricing structures according to client requirements and market standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduation/Masters
• 5 years of proven experience in sales within the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Salary: up to 500k

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
