We are expanding our high‑performing team and seeking a driven Property Sales Representative to join our Abu Dhabi office.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi.
• Assist clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow‑up.
• Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Stay updated on market trends, developer launches, and new investment opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
• Ensure a smooth and professional client experience from first contact to handover.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales or brokerage (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious, and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused mindset.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
