We are hiring an energetic and confident Property Sales Specialist to engage with pre-qualified leads provided by our marketing team, present suitable property options, and convert prospects into successful sales. The role is fully on-site and offers strong earning potential through performance-based commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients using leads generated by the marketing department.
- Nurture and mature leads through regular follow-ups until conversion.
- Present property projects clearly, highlighting pricing, payment plans, and investment value.
- Address client queries professionally and guide them through the buying process.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
- Convert qualified prospects into confirmed bookings and sales.
- Maintain long-term client relationships to support referrals and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and site visits.
- Share daily progress updates and reports with the Sales Manager.

Qualifications
