Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-oriented Property Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property listings, advising clients, and facilitating real estate transactions. This role requires strong market awareness, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to clients on property sales, leasing, and investment opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and present listings in a professional and engaging manner
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and legal regulations
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, developers, and property owners
• Negotiate offers and manage the transaction process from inquiry to closing
• Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to promote listings and manage documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate laws

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or property consultancy
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
• RERA or equivalent certification is a plus
