Job Title: Business Development & Holiday Homes Manager (Property Specialist)

Location- Abu Dhabi

Minimum Years of Experience - 2 to 6

Vanilla Homes (a sister company of PSI and PSI Assets) is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven Business Development professional to lead and execute our portfolio growth strategy.

Role Summary:

This role plays a key part in driving property acquisitions, building strong partnerships, and creating long-term owner relationships while ensuring alignment with our brand standards, operational capacity, and profitability goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of UAE holiday homes, real estate, and STR regulations
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and commercial acumen
  • Strategic mindset with strong operational awareness
  • Ability to balance growth with quality and brand integrity
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or real estate
  • Proven track record of closing deals
  • Experience in hospitality or holiday homes is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new property owners for holiday home management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and investors.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close management agreements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
  • Property Listing & Portfolio Management
  • Create, optimize, and manage property listings across OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).

Holiday Homes Operations Experience

  • Ensure compliance with local holiday homes regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Oversee pricing strategies and occupancy optimization.
  • Monitor guest reviews and maintain high service standards.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations teams.
  • Ensure high-quality property descriptions, pricing strategies, and images.
  • Monitor listing performance and implement optimization strategies.
  • Coordinate with operations team for property onboarding and readiness.
