Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client‑focused Property Specialist to join our expanding team. This role suits someone who understands the Abu Dhabi real estate market, excels at client engagement, and can confidently guide buyers, sellers, and investors through the property process.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients
• Advise clients on pricing, market trends, community insights, and investment opportunities
• Maintain strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s residential and commercial developments
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Collaborate with marketing, admin, and CRM teams to support the sales cycle
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales or property consulting (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and a client‑first mindset
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
