Job Overview

TOP GCC Real Estate is looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service and market expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on market trends
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Stay up to date with the Dubai real estate market and property regulations
• Negotiate property deals and ensure smooth transaction processes
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate, sales, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and ambitious
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
