Your Role
- Generate and convert leads for off-plan and secondary market properties
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and real estate investments
- Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and project presentations
- Negotiate confidently and close high-value transactions
- Promote company listings and exclusive developer projects
- Maintain accurate client and deal records in the CRM
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and pricing
What We are Looking For
- Strong sales mindset with a high earning drive
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a commission-based role
- Professional, confident, and client-focused approach
- Dubai real estate experience (off-plan or secondary) is preferred
- RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
