Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Property Supervisor to oversee day-to-day property management operations, ensure high service quality, and lead a team to achieve customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing operations, tenant relations, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
• Manage and support the property management team.
• Prepare reports and monitor key performance indicators.
• Follow up on licenses, contracts, and investment opportunities.
• Coordinate property marketing and advertising efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in property or real estate management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Saudi real estate laws and licensing.
• Real Estate Broker License (preferred).

This position is open to Saudi nationals only in accordance with localization regulations.
