Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Property Supervisor to oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure an exceptional tenant experience. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, coordinate maintenance activities, conduct property inspections, support leasing operations, and maintain accurate property records. The role requires strong customer service skills, operational efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic property management environment.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience:

5–8 years of experience in property management, customer service, real estate operations, or a related field.
Education:
-
Diploma or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Technical Skills:

Property operations and tenant management.
-
Unit inspection and reporting.
-
Basic understanding of maintenance and facilities management processes.

Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
-
Strong MS Office skills.
Mandatory Criteria:

Experience handling tenant relations and property operations.

Ability to coordinate maintenance activities and monitor service delivery.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
-
Fluent in English (Arabic language skills preferred).

Computer literate with excellent organizational and reporting abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations & Frontline Service
-
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding operational matters.

Respond to tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns within defined service timelines.

Support tenant onboarding and move-in orientation.
-
Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and service quality.
-
Manage tenant requests through to full resolution and closure.
Unit Inspections & Handover Management

Conduct pre-move-in and post-move-out inspections.
-
Ensure units meet required standards before tenant handover.
-
Document inspection findings and coordinate corrective actions.
-
Maintain inspection records and support deposit reconciliation processes.
-
Ensure inspections are completed and recorded within required timelines.
Maintenance Coordination & Issue Tracking

Receive and coordinate maintenance requests with Facilities Management teams.
-
Track work progress and ensure timely issue resolution within SLAs.
-
Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and resolutions.
-
Minimize disruptions to tenants during maintenance activities.
Site Monitoring & Community Compliance

Monitor common areas, parking zones, and shared facilities.
-
Identify and report safety, security, and maintenance concerns.
-
Ensure compliance with community rules and lease agreements.

Escalate recurring or serious issues to the Senior Property Supervisor.
Leasing Support & System Updates
-
Support leasing and brokerage teams with unit viewings.
-
Ensure vacant units are clean, accessible, and viewing-ready.
-
Update Property Management Systems (PMS) with accurate unit and tenant information.
-
Maintain accurate records and support operational reporting.
-
Flag delays in unit readiness or leasing activities when necessary.
