Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5-8 years of experience in property management, customer service, or real estate operations.</li><li>Diploma or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality or related field.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and Property Management Systems (PMS).</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding daily operational matters.</li><li>Address tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns in within defined service timelines.</li><li>Ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction and service quality.</li><li>Coordinate with leasing and brokerage teams to facilitate unit showings.</li><li>Ensure vacant units are accessible, clean, and ready for viewing at all times.</li><li>Update the Property Management System (PMS) with real-time and accurate data on unit status.</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you under freelance visa or company visa?</li><li>What is your notice period?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
