Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Property Viewing Agent to join our team. The role involves conducting property viewings, engaging with clients, providing accurate property information, and assisting in the decision-making process. The ideal candidate will be personable, persuasive, and professional, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective clients.
• Present properties in a professional and engaging manner.
• Highlight key features, benefits, and value of each property.
• Address client questions, concerns, and objections effectively.
• Build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
• Collect client feedback and prepare detailed reports after each viewing.
• Collaborate with the sales/leasing team to follow up with clients.
• Stay updated on property details, pricing, and availability.
• Ensure properties are presented in good condition before viewings.

Qualifications Required

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and persuade clients.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good reporting skills.
• Proficiency in basic MS Office (Word, Excel) is a plus.
