Position: Proposal Coordinator/Marketing Assistant

Reports to: Proposal Manager

Technical Responsibilities:

• Preparing and analyzing of RFP documents
• Create designs and use graphics for A/E/C marketing documents
• Make effective proposal presentation
• Work with Project Managers to strategize and execute requests for proposals and qualifications.
• Work with the team on interview preparation process.
• Be responsive to requests, promptly coordinate assignments and understand the market types/projects.
• Review, research, and strategize components and experienced with SF 254, SF 255, SF 330, and other forms.
• Coordinate proposal schedules and action plans as part of the proposals process.
• Develop proposal structure and creative content to meet requirements
• Utilize proposal management tools.
• Ensure proposals follow all RFP criteria and requirements.
• Coordinate graphics and images to help illustrate the proposal message.
• Develop, write, and maintain marketing information systems and records.

Requirements:

Certifications /Professional Experience Required:

• BA or BS degree in technical writing, English, marketing, communications, or similar field is preferred
• Experience with Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat) preferred

General Qualities:

• Has excellent Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to navigate through company internet-based systems.
• Good time management skills and ability to multi-task
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge and experienced in graphic designing software’s
