Proposal & Document Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Proposal & Document Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing technical proposals and documentation. This role requires strong research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to ensure accuracy, compliance, and professionalism in all client-facing documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop technical and commercial proposals in response to client RFPs.
• Conduct thorough research to understand client requirements, technical specifications, and project scope.
• Collaborate with engineering, project, and sales teams to collect necessary information for proposals and documentation.
• Review, edit, and finalize proposals, reports, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Maintain organized documentation systems, including templates, drafts, and finalized proposals.
• Ensure all documents meet company standards and comply with client specifications.
• Assist in presentations, technical clarifications, and follow-ups related to proposals and documents.
• Track submission deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all required documents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in proposal preparation, document management, or technical writing.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, document management systems, and proposal tools.
• Familiarity with technical documentation standards and engineering concepts.

Requirements:

• Must submit a sample proposal or technical document during the application process.
• Demonstrated ability to produce professional, accurate, and research-driven documents.
