PROPOSAL ENGINEER

We are looking to hire a qualified Proposal Engineer to be employed at our Head Office. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,

Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering or proposal departments,

Proven experience in pipeline transmission systems, steel structures, and/or industrial facility projects,

Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),

Experienced in reviewing, interpreting, and preparing specifications, drawings, and technical documentation,

Able to read, interpret, and prepare English technical documents and specifications,

Detail-oriented with strong skills in documentation, reporting, and analytical evaluation,

Capable of thoroughly reviewing tender specifications and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all prepared documents,

Strong communication skills and ability to work in coordination with all internal departments,

Self-motivated, disciplined, committed to continuous learning and professional development, and able to maintain a positive and responsible work attitude.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reviewing tender documents and preparing quantity take-offs (BOQs),

Conducting unit price analyses and cost estimations,

Collecting and evaluating supplier quotations,

Preparing technical and commercial proposal files in accordance with tender requirements,

Ensuring completeness and compliance of all proposal documentation prior to submission.
