We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates in Civil Engineering to join our On-Job Training (OJT) Program as Proposal Engineer Trainees. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience in proposal preparation, tender documentation, cost estimation support, and technical coordination within a professional engineering environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced engineers and commercial teams to develop technical and commercial proposals for civil engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
- Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and client requirements.
- Support the estimation team in quantity take-offs and cost calculations.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to gather proposal information.
- Prepare proposal documentation, presentations, and submission packages.
- Maintain proposal records and document control systems.
- Participate in client and internal coordination meetings when required.
- Conduct research on project requirements, materials, and engineering solutions.
- Ensure proposal submissions comply with company and client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in proposal engineering, tendering, and business development.
- Good understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
