About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Tender & RFP (Request for Proposal) Associate to assist our team in preparing high-quality responses to public and private tenders, RFAs, and RFPs. This is a document-heavy, detail-driven role — ideal for law students or individuals comfortable navigating legal-style documents, procurement language, and compliance formats.

You’ll work closely with the founding team to structure responses, extract requirements, prepare supporting materials, and ensure timely, accurate submissions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Read and summarize complex bid documents, eligibility requirements, and evaluation criteria
• Assist in drafting and formatting proposal content (technical responses, cover letters, forms, declarations)
• Coordinate document compilation including annexures, certificates, references, and compliance checks
• Maintain and update trackers for deadlines, submissions, and follow-ups
• Ensure proposal submissions meet formatting, page limits, and file requirements
• Work with team members to collect information and tailor responses
• Support in standardizing past proposal content for reuse across bids

What We’re Looking For

• Recently graduated law students or candidates with strong reading/writing/documentation skills
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and process-driven
• Ability to quickly scan and extract key terms, clauses, and deadlines from lengthy documents
• Comfortable working on MS Word, Google Docs, and PDF editing tools
• Strong written communication and formatting skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Prior experience with RFPs, legal drafting, or documentation is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
