Proposal & Program Development Specialist – Part Time

About the Role

We are looking for a Proposal & Program Development Specialist to support the development of community, CSR, education, wellbeing, youth, and social impact projects.

This role is ideal for someone who can take rough ideas, discussions, voice notes, and project concepts and turn them into clear, structured, sponsor-ready proposals. The candidate should be able to think strategically, write professionally, and organize complex ideas into fundable project documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Write professional proposals for CSR, sponsorship, and community-based projects
• Develop concept notes, project briefs, pitch deck content, and funding proposals
• Structure programs with clear objectives, target audiences, timelines, deliverables, KPIs, and expected outcomes
• Conduct basic research on relevant models, benchmarks, and case studies
• Translate strategic ideas into clear and persuasive language for sponsors, partners, and stakeholders
• Adapt proposals for different sectors, including education, healthcare, community development, youth programs, and urban wellbeing
• Work closely with the founder and team to prepare high-quality proposal materials
• Support in organizing project ideas into clear service offerings and sponsorship packages

Requirements

• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Experience in proposal writing, program development, CSR, NGO, social impact, consulting, education, or business development
• Ability to structure ideas clearly and professionally
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Arabic writing is a plus but not required

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is strategic, organized, and able to turn unstructured ideas into polished, professional documents. They should understand how to position projects for corporate sponsors, CSR teams, government entities, and institutional partners.
