Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Civil Engineer to join our U.S.-based civil engineering consulting firm. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who possess strong written and verbal communication skills and are eager to build a career in proposal development and technical coordination within the civil engineering domain.

Responsibilities:

• Support senior engineers and project managers in preparing proposals for civil engineering projects.
• Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting technical and commercial proposal documents.
• Gather project-related information from internal teams and organize it effectively.
• Ensure proposals comply with client requirements, submission guidelines, and deadlines.
• Maintain and update proposal templates and content libraries.
• Perform basic research on projects, clients, and market requirements when needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in proposal content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn proposal development processes.
• Basic understanding of civil engineering concepts and terminology.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Exposure to proposal writing, documentation, or internships is a plus (but not mandatory).
