As Proposals and Contracts Specialist, you will be required to create pricing and contracts for change in scopes (CIS) for the Company’s full suite of products
Key Accountabilities:
Change in Scope (CIS) Development
Completes CIS requests, in coordination with other members of the P&C team, and in line with departmental processes
Works closely with project teams to determine the appropriate scope of CISs
Provide support and training to P&C Specialist I as needed
Provide support and trainings to other departments on the CIS process
Coordinates with the company’s legal staff for review of CISs as needed
Updates internal systems with pertinent budget and contract information on an ongoing basis
Assists with administrative support duties as needed in absence of the P&C coordinator (i.e. overseeing of the contract signature process, tracking of contracts and proposals activity).

Knowledge and Experience:
Demonstrable experience in proposals and contracts development
Professional experience in the same or very similar role
Experience of working in and knowledge of the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences Industry
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant software (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, Databases)
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Business or a related study, or equivalent project-related experience
English: Fluent
