Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Proposals Specialist
to manage and develop high-quality proposals, bids, and responses to RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs. The role plays a critical part in supporting business development and ensuring compelling, compliant, and competitive submissions aligned with organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end proposal development process for RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders (strategy, technical, finance, legal) to gather inputs and ensure alignment.

Draft, edit, and structure proposal content to clearly communicate value propositions and win themes.

Ensure full compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

Manage proposal timelines, approvals, and submission processes.

Develop reusable content libraries, templates, and best-practice proposal tools.

Support pricing narratives and commercial sections in collaboration with finance teams.

Conduct post-submission reviews and lessons-learned analysis.
Core Requirements

5–10+ years of experience
in proposal management, bid management, or business development support.

Proven experience preparing proposals for
government or semi-government entities
.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in a professional and executive tone.

High attention to detail with strong project management capabilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields

Experience in consulting, professional services, or public sector environments is a strong advantage.

Certifications in Proposal Management (e.g., APMP) are a plus.
Technical & Professional Skills
