Proposition Specialist

The Propositions Specialist is responsible for designing and launching compelling consumer propositions while establishing local and global partnerships that enhance customer value, drive differentiation, and unlock new revenue streams.


The role serves as a champion for customer-centric innovation, leveraging internal insights and market trends to introduce segmented offers and loyalty initiatives that strengthen Vodafone Oman’s brand affinity and financial performance.



Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Develop new offers and tactics and coordinate them with Sales, Trade marketing, comms and brand teams to ensure best in class execution.
  • Own and execute the consumer proposition roadmap across target segments.
  • Identify and develop new revenue streams, products, or bundles that support acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with Group/Global teams to localize international best practices.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to influence strategic priorities.
  • Build segment-specific business cases with clear KPIs and performance forecasting.

  • Lead GTM planning and cross-functional alignment for new launches and partner activations.
  • Drive operational excellence across product lifecycle management.
  • Work with commercial performance, sales, and customer service teams to optimize execution and improve customer experience.



Core competencies, knowledge and experience :

  • Strong ability to translate customer insights into actionable proposition strategies.
  • Understanding of market research principles; ability to use market research findings to correct or improve communication activities.
  • Expertise in marketing, product innovation, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Strategic thinker with operational grounding and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to measure outcomes and optimize based on insights.
  • Confident communicator with excellent English & Arabic writing and presentation skills.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, partnerships, or proposition development.

  • Acquisition & Market Share Growth (Active Base)
  • Revenue Contribution from Propositions
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) & Customer Tenure
  • Brand Consideration and Churn Reduction



Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • University degree in Marketing/ Business/Economy or any related subject
