Educational Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university/institute.

Desirable Skills :

The candidate should have knowledge of rocket propulsion, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics, with familiarity in solid, liquid, or hybrid systems. Preferred skills include work with nozzles, combustion chambers, turbopumps, valves, and other high pressure parts; proficiency in CAD and simulation tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, ANSYS, MATLAB, CFD); and experience in propulsion testing, mechanical integration, and safety procedures for high-pressure and high-temperature environments.

Job Description:

The selected candidate will assist in rocket propulsion unit development, including mechanical design and analysis, work with solid/liquid/hybrid systems, and support in assembling, testing, and evaluating nozzles, combustion chambers, turbopumps, valves, and other high-pressure components. Responsibilities also include thermal, structural, and flow analysis, mechanical integration with test stands or vehicle structures, and adherence to safety protocols for high-pressure and high-temperature operations.
