Prospecting Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate to join our team. This role is essential in driving our sales efforts and fostering relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, with a focus on B2B environments. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, utilizing various sales techniques, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Duties

• Contact potential clients by phone to introduce the company's products/services.
• Conduct preliminary communication and screening with target clients, recording their needs and key information.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance business development initiatives.
• Maintain the potential client database and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding product features, benefits, and pricing structures.
• Comply with the company's privacy and data protection policies to ensure the security of client information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales or B2B sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with technology sales concepts is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
• Familiar with commonly used office software.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
