What we Offer

Employee benefits, after 90 day probation period, include:

  • Competitive Guaranteed Base Salary: $300,000 plus bonus.
  • 401K participation, with matching funds up to 4% if the employee participates at 5% or greater

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting consultations and evaluations for candidates seeking full arch dental implant procedures, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared for treatment
  • Restore Full Arch Cases
  • Collaborating with our dental implant team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
  • Utilizing advanced dental technologies and techniques to provide the highest quality of care
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to all ethical and legal standards
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and staying current with the latest advancements in dentistry
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in the dental field through continuous education

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution
  • Valid State Dental License and Specialty Certification in Prosthodontics (board eligible or board certified)
  • Completion of an accredited Prosthodontics residency program required
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in prosthodontics preferred; recent residency graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in treatment planning and execution of full-mouth rehabilitations, fixed and removable prosthodontics, implant restorations, and esthetic dentistry
  • Competency with digital dentistry platforms and dental software (CAD/CAM systems, digital impressions, implant planning software)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and reassure patients regarding complex treatment options
  • Strong diagnostic, clinical, and restorative skills, including the ability to interpret radiographs and CBCT scans

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $300,000.00 per year
