Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Protection&Control Engineer at LOCUS Enerji Ticaret ve Mühendislik A.Ş.

Engineer will be responsible for electrical testing, protection relay testing, troubleshooting and commissioning tasks related to power plants and industrial plants.

While the role is primarily located in Atasehir İstanbul, engineer is also expected to involve in our international projects at least 3-6 months in each year.

Qualifications

• Electrical Testing, Troubleshooting, and Commissioning skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of protection systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Professional certifications related to commissioning are a plus
• Advance level English,
• to be able to involve in international projects without travel restrictions,
• no military obligations,

Experience in:

• Omicron OCC files
• different test equipments (Omicron, Sverker, Freja etc.)
• different brand IED's (ABB, SIEMENS, GE, SEL etc.)
• different protection type IED's (Generator, line, transformer, busbar protection etc.)
• interlock-interface tests,
• primary-secondary injections,
• rewiring works related with revisions in project,
