About the Job

We are hiring a Product Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of digital products. In this role, you will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Customer Care, Marketing, and Business teams to build customer-focused products that create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into clear product specifications.
• Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX, Compliance, Customer Care, Marketing, and Business teams.
• Manage the product backlog and sprint planning.
• Define product KPIs and monitor feature performance.
• Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to improve the product experience.
• Ensure compliance requirements are incorporated throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Drive the delivery of new features from concept to launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience collaborating with software development teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholders management skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Startup experience or experience within the Saudi fintech ecosystem is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully launching digital products.
• Strong ownership mindset with strategic thinking abilities.
• Data-driven approach to product decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
