Technical Product Manager

Technical Product Manager - 📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are partnering with a well-funded Saudi startup that has recently raised $3,000,000 and is now looking to hire a Technical Product Manager in Riyadh.

This is a unique opportunity to become the first Product hire within the business, working directly alongside the founders to help build and scale a platform that is transforming workforce accommodation and operations across Saudi Arabia and improving quality of life for thousands across the Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

• Own product roadmap execution from discovery through delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Work closely with the founders to define product priorities, requirements, and execution plans, reporting directly into them.
• Translate customer, operational, and business challenges into clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Lead backlog management, sprint planning, prioritisation, and product delivery activities.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution.
• Drive product discovery through customer interviews, market research, data analysis, and feedback loops.
• Monitor product performance, user adoption, and key business metrics to continuously improve outcomes.
• Support the development of scalable product processes as the business grows.
• Contribute to product strategy while remaining heavily involved in day-to-day execution.
• Directly manage 2 Engineers!

Requirements :

• 4+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Product Ownership experience.
• Strong technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working closely or managing software engineering teams and technical stakeholders.
• Experience owning products from discovery through launch and post-launch optimisation.
• Ability to write clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Startup experience.

Preferred Backgrounds, candidates currently or previously working within:

• Construction Technology
• Logistics Technology
• Workforce Management

Additional Information:

• Salary: 20K - 30K SAR per month + Equity (ESOPS).
• Founding Product hire with direct exposure to the founders and significant ownership.
• 4-5 days per week in office in Riyadh.
• 2 stage interview process and an urgent hire.
