Status
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 35-40 patients per week, some telehealth, No weekends
Position Overview
As a Mobile Medical Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner (PMHNP), you will provide independent, in-home psychiatric services. This provider-based role allows you to structure your day efficiently—without rigid clinic schedules or productivity pressures.
You’ll meet patients where they are most comfortable, enabling deeper connections, more thorough assessments, and improved outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive in-home patient assessments and evaluations

Manage psychiatric conditions across a diverse patient population

Review medical histories and develop individualized care plans

Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic testing (labs, imaging, etc.)

Prescribe medications and provide patient/caregiver education
-
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
-
Master’s Degree from an accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program
-
Current National Board Certification (PMHNP)
-
Active Florida PMHNP license
-
Current professional liability insurance
Preferred Experience
-
Experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner.

Ability to practice independently with strong clinical judgment

Knowledge of evidence-based practice and regulatory standards

Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach
