Provider Recruiter – Healthcare / Medical Sales (Territory Manager)

About the Role
We’re seeking a self-motivated, goal-oriented Provider Recruiter (Healthcare Sales Representative) to join our high-growth team and expand our provider network in Miami Dade County, and surrounding areas.

This is an outside sales role focused on in-person outreach, relationship-building, and territory development with doctors, specialists, and medical practices across 15+ specialties. Residency in the Miami Dade County Area Required.

If you have experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare business development, or provider relations - this is a chance to use your sales skills in a fast-growing, mission-driven healthcare technology company.

We offer a competitive base salary + uncapped commission, with strong growth opportunities and internal promotions.

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow relationships with doctors, specialists, and healthcare providers across your territory
• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to expand provider partnerships
• Conduct in-person sales meetings, presentations, and practice visits with physicians and clinic managers
• Negotiate and close new provider agreements while managing long-term relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to align provider offerings with member demand
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and business development goals

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, provider relations, or medical sales
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, medtech, or wellness sales is a strong plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-starter with a positive, competitive, and results-driven mindset
• Comfortable with in-person meetings and building strong provider relationships

Pay: $50,867.09 - $61,259.29 per year
