As our Provider Relations and Account Refund Specialist, you take full ownership of the recovery cycle on a portfolio of accounts, driving cases from initial contact all the way through payment receipt. You are constantly building trust and rapport by proactively making phone calls and communicating with medical providers, using professionalism and empathy to facilitate a seamless recovery process while continually collaborating to deliver our service. With your healthcare industry knowledge, you diplomatically overcome obstacles and objections using our robust analytical documentation, adapting your communication style effortlessly based on provider responsiveness and concerns. This dynamic process requires you to maintain detailed and accurate records and case notes for every account in our CRM.
