Summary

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Virtual Account Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting client accounts, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring account information remains accurate.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients via phone, email, and chat for routine updates and questions.
  • Monitor scheduling, follow-up actions, and basic administrative support for account activities.
  • Review and maintain client account records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support the timely resolution of client requests.
  • Track tasks, monitor deadlines, and assist in maintaining consistent client communication.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, account coordination, or client support is beneficial.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, emails, and collaboration tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
