Join our dynamic team as a Provider Services Representative and represent the Cardiovascular Institute of San Diego (CVISD) across North San Diego County! As a key liaison to providers and clinics, you'll build strong relationships, address concerns, and provide educational support—all while representing a respected leader in heart care.What You'll Do:Build and Maintain Relationships

• Serve as the primary liaison to physicians and provider staff in your assigned territory.
• Visit offices regularly to ensure strong referral relationships and smooth communications.
• Track visits and key feedback in a shared CRM.

Support Provider Engagement and Retention

• Proactively address provider concerns—whether it's regarding authorizations, referrals, contracts, or workflow.
• Help streamline processes between CVISD and provider partners.
• Share industry insights to support strategic planning.

Educate and Inform

• Coordinate and deliver provider trainings (1:1, group, and virtual formats).
• Assist with developing training materials and managing event logistics.
• Help keep provider resources current, including directories, newsletters, and website updates.

Represent CVISD in the Community

• Attend local provider events, conferences, and health-related community initiatives.
• Uphold our brand and values in all interactions.
• Enjoy the variety of occasional weekend events—a great chance to network, learn, and represent CVISD in a fun and engaging environment!

What We're Looking For:Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (1+ year in healthcare or similar field).
• Excellent communication skills—comfortable with public speaking and relationship-building.
• Valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Experience working with healthcare providers or health plans.
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid.
• Background in cardiology.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
