The Primary Teacher (PRT – All Subjects) is responsible for teaching and nurturing students from Classes I to V. The teacher should create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that supports the intellectual, emotional, and social development of each child while ensuring a strong foundation in core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Hindi, and Environmental Studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons in alignment with the prescribed curriculum.
  • Foster curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning among young students.
  • Integrate innovative and activity-based teaching methods suitable for primary learners.
  • Develop lesson plans and teaching aids that cater to the varied learning needs of students.
  • Conduct regular assessments, maintain academic records, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Encourage reading habits, communication skills, and moral values through daily activities.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment.
  • Participate actively in co-curricular activities, school assemblies, and events.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning and school programs.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress, behavior, and well-being.
  • Attend workshops, training sessions, and professional development programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with D.El.Ed / B.Ed. (mandatory).
  • Good academic background and fluency in English and Hindi.
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in an Affiliated school (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and child-centric teaching approaches.
  • Proficiency in using technology for teaching and assessment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
