Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated PRT (English) teacher to teach classes 3 to 6. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and able to inspire students to achieve their highest potential.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing, recording and reporting on the development and progress of students
• Be proactively involved in teaching students
• Timely correction and marking of assignment work carried out by the students
• Motivating, facilitating, teaching, according to the pupil’s educational needs
• Communicating, consulting and providing feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when required
• Organize classroom lectures and coursework
• Maintain and update student records timely on the ERP system, and leverage the Learning Management System (LMS), and other technological tools to enhance the learning experience and outcomes of the students.
• Provide feedback based on workload and classroom behavior
• Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans
• Attending meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Planning and creating teaching materials.
• Leverage the language lab to teach the students new ways of learning the subject

Required Educational Qualifications:

• BA in English Literature and B.Ed. from a reputed institution.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a PRT (English) in a reputed school.
