PRT English Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English language to primary classes (I–V) including reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and activity-based learning worksheets.
• Conduct phonics, handwriting improvement, speaking & listening comprehension sessions.
• Create a positive and engaging classroom environment to encourage learning and participation.
• Evaluate and track student progress through class tests, assignments, notebooks & assessments.
• Maintain proper classroom discipline, attendance records, and student portfolios.
• Support school events, assemblies, competitions, and co-curricular activities.
• Maintain communication with parents regarding student performance and growth.
• Follow school curriculum, academic calendar, exam schedules, and teaching standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. English preferred).
• D.El.Ed / BTC / JBT / B.Ed (Primary) – as per school/board norms.
• Good command of English language – written & spoken.
• Classroom management & student engagement.
• Patience, empathy, and child-friendly approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
