Job Title: PRT Hindi (Primary Hindi Teacher)

Job Summary:
The PRT Hindi Teacher is responsible for teaching Hindi to primary classes, focusing on developing reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills, while nurturing students’ interest in the Hindi language and literature.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Hindi to primary classes as per the prescribed curriculum and lesson plans.
• Develop students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Conduct interactive activities such as storytelling, poem recitation, words games, and role plays.
• Prepare worksheets, question papers, and teaching aids related to Hindi.
• Evaluate students through classwork, homework, oral tests, and written assessments.
• Maintain academic records and update ERP/registers regularly.
• Provide special attention to slow learners and support their improvement.
• Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic progress.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive, child-friendly environment.
• Participate in school functions, assemblies, trainings, and meetings.
• Follow school rules, academic planning, and school policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in Hindi or relevant subject.
• B.Ed (as per school norms).
• Good command over spoken and written Hindi.
• Teaching experience in primary classes preferred.
