Act as the primary caregiver and educator for a single group of students, teaching core subjects such as English, Mathematics, EVS, and basic life skills.
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum (CBSE/IBPYP/IGCSE, as applicable).
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independent learning.
Use innovative teaching methodologies, including storytelling, activity-based learning, and interactive digital tools.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and emotional growth.
Foster a positive relationship with students and address their individual learning needs.
Maintain open communication with parents through regular updates, meetings, and progress reports.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the holistic development of each child.
Participate in school events, workshops, and professional development programs.
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed./D.El.Ed./NTT preferred).
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in early childhood or primary education.
Strong understanding of child psychology and early learning methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage young learners.
Patient, empathetic, and passionate about teaching.
Familiarity with CBSE/IB/Cambridge curriculum (preferred).
Ability to integrate play-based and experiential learning into the classroom.
