Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PRT Mathematics Teacher who can make learning math engaging and enjoyable for young learners. The ideal candidate should be skilled in using interactive methods, creative teaching aids, and real-life examples to help students develop a strong foundation in mathematics and logical thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging, and interactive math lessons for Classes I–V in line with the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and activities that promote concept clarity and problem-solving skills.
- Assess student progress through regular tests, classwork, and homework.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.
- Incorporate smart-class tools, visual aids, and hands-on activities for effective learning.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment.
- Participate in school academic events, competitions, and co-scholastic programs.
- Collaborate with other teachers for integrated learning projects and school functions.
- Attend regular meetings, training sessions, and workshops for professional growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree with Mathematics as a core subject.
- B.Ed. (mandatory)
- CTET (Paper I or II) qualified preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience as a PRT (Math) in a reputed CBSE/ICSE school.
- Preferred Skills:
- Strong command over Mathematics and excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to make lessons fun, activity-based, and easy to understand.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart boards.
- Good classroom management and organizational skills.
