Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated PRT Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to make learning engaging and enjoyable for primary school students.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics to classes [mention grades, e.g., Grade I–V] following the prescribed curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and creative activities to simplify mathematical concepts.
• Foster curiosity, problem-solving, and logical thinking among young learners.
• Use innovative teaching methods, digital tools, and hands-on activities to make learning interactive.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
• Collaborate with other subject teachers, parents, and the school management to support student growth.
• Participate in school events, workshops, and professional development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Mathematics/Science) with B.Ed. (mandatory).
• Prior teaching experience in primary classes will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
• Familiarity with activity-based learning and modern pedagogical practices.
