PRT Mother Teacher for Grade I focuses on the holistic development of young learners by delivering engaging lessons in various subjects, creating a warm and stimulating classroom environment, and fostering strong communication with parents. Key duties include developing child-centric lesson plans, monitoring academic and social-emotional growth, providing regular feedback to parents, identifying learning gaps, and ensuring adherence to school safety and discipline policies. Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching & Curriculum: Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in subjects like English, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies, using creative teaching aids and interactive techniques.
• Holistic Development: Monitor and support the overall academic, social, emotional, and moral growth of each student.
• Classroom Environment: Create a warm, caring, disciplined, positive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity and engagement.
• Parent Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with parents regarding their child's progress, concerns, and achievements.
• Assessment & Feedback: Conduct regular assessments, maintain student records, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents to address learning gaps.
• Extracurricular Activities: Encourage and help organize participation in cultural, sports, and extracurricular activities to develop students' interests and talents.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to school-wide events, curriculum development, and professional development activities.
• Safety & Discipline: Ensure the classroom environment is well-organized, clean, and safe, and enforce school policies, discipline, and safety guidelines.
• Technology Integration: Utilize educational technology tools to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Typically requires a Graduation degree with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent, as per CBSE norms.
• Experience: Prior experience teaching in a reputed school is often preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience & Creativity: A nurturing, patient, and creative approach to teaching and managing young learners is crucial.
