PRT Mother Teacher for Grade I focuses on the holistic development of young learners by delivering engaging lessons in various subjects, creating a warm and stimulating classroom environment, and fostering strong communication with parents. Key duties include developing child-centric lesson plans, monitoring academic and social-emotional growth, providing regular feedback to parents, identifying learning gaps, and ensuring adherence to school safety and discipline policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching & Curriculum: Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in subjects like English, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies, using creative teaching aids and interactive techniques.
- Holistic Development: Monitor and support the overall academic, social, emotional, and moral growth of each student.
- Classroom Environment: Create a warm, caring, disciplined, positive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity and engagement.
- Parent Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with parents regarding their child's progress, concerns, and achievements.
- Assessment & Feedback: Conduct regular assessments, maintain student records, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents to address learning gaps.
- Extracurricular Activities: Encourage and help organize participation in cultural, sports, and extracurricular activities to develop students' interests and talents.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to school-wide events, curriculum development, and professional development activities.
