Overview
The Analyst will work with the AT&T Wire Center Migration Project Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) Relations Management (PRM) Team to identify and document PSAP non-911-related services as documented on PSAP billing statements and other related data found in AT&T online systems and databases.
The Analyst will serve as the initial point of contact for research and documentation of services
that will need to be disconnected or migrated to other solutions. The Analyst will work in collaboration with the Wire Center Migration Project Disconnect Team and will help the PRM Team track and verify the disconnection of identified services.
Key Responsibilities
The Analyst will:
Research, locate, document, and categorize AT&T legacy non-911-related lines, trunks,
and circuits located at PSAPs that are part of the project.
Enter and update data on AT&T legacy non-911-related lines, trunks, and circuits in
Quickbase and other project database and tracking systems as applicable.
Create circuit plans for each identified candidate circuit for disconnect in Quickbase as
applicable.
Refer lines and circuits identified to the proper teams and/or disconnect managers for
migration and disconnection.
Collaborate and communicate with project PSAP relationship managers as needed.
Required Skills
General Abilities
- Experience documenting, tracking, and maintaining up-to-date records of transactions
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
Specific Technical Skills
- Three to five (3 to 5) years of experience with AT&T billing and inventory systems
- Experience in research using detail-oriented relational databases
- Experience utilizing various tools to collect and analyze required data
Desired Skills
- Prior experience as an AT&T Customer Service Representative or Communications
Consultant (or in a similar role)
