Human Capital is hiring on behalf of its client in the logistics and customs clearance industry. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PSW / WeBOC Operator with hands-on experience in handling import/export documentation and customs processes.

Key Responsibilities

File Import & Export Goods Declarations (GD) through WeBOC

Process and manage documentation via Pakistan Single Window (PSW)

Handle end-to-end customs clearance and regulatory procedures

Perform accurate HS Code classification and duty/tax calculations

Coordinate with customs authorities, shipping lines, and clearing agents

Prepare and verify complete shipment documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, etc.)

Respond to assessment, examination, and query handling efficiently

Ensure compliance with customs laws, SROs, and trade regulations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

1–3 years of hands-on experience in PSW & WeBOC systems (mandatory)

Strong understanding of customs clearance procedures

Knowledge of HS Codes and applicable duty/tax structures

Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or clearing & forwarding companies preferred

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet tight deadlines
