About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Psychiatrist to join our Lahore-based office, supporting US healthcare clients through a structured telepsychiatry setup. The ideal candidate is a licensed medical doctor with solid knowledge of US psychiatric care workflows, insurance systems, and electronic medical record platforms. This role is office-based in Lahore and requires working during US business hours (evening/night shift).

Female candidates are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, follow-ups, and medication management sessions for US-based patients from our Lahore office
• Document clinical notes, treatment plans, and progress reports accurately within EMR/EHR systems
• Coordinate with US-based care teams, billing departments, and case managers
• Review and authorize prior authorizations, referrals, and insurance-related clinical documentation
• Ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulations and US healthcare standards
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members

Required Qualifications:

• Specialization or advanced training in Psychiatry (Doctor required)
• 3–5 years of clinical experience, preferably in a US healthcare or telepsychiatry setting
• Demonstrated knowledge of US health insurance systems, including prior authorizations, insurance verification, and coverage policies
• Proficiency in EMR/EHR platforms (e.g., Athenahealth, Epic, Kareo, or similar)
• Strong understanding of medical record documentation standards applicable to US healthcare
• Excellent spoken and written English — capable of professional communication with US patients and providers

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in telepsychiatry or US-based clinical roles
• Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance providers
• Work shifts aligned with US time zones (8am-5pm) & (9am-5pm)

Work Environment

This is a full on-site role at our Lahore office. A professional, well-equipped workspace with the necessary technology infrastructure is provided to support US patient interactions.

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
