COMMUNITY PSYCHIATRY AT JANIAN
Janian Medical Care, P.C., is seeking a BE/BC psychiatric fellow for a full-time, one-year position.

The psychiatric fellow is an integrated member of the multidisciplinary team who works to:

Identify and engage people in need of psychiatric evaluation and treatment
-
Provide psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy
-
Support recovery goals
-
Advocate for patients
-
Participate in weekly clinical meetings with other providers
-
Implement population health interventions
-
Conduct diagnostic interviews and provide psychiatric evaluations
-
Develop and deliver trainings
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible provider (physician) in good standing, licensed to practice medicine in New York State, with training in psychiatry.

Committed to servant leadership principles and person-centered care.
- Proficient in the use of electronic medical records.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Experience supervising clinicians preferred

Expressed plan to attend psychiatric fellowship training
