We serve patients of all ages across in-person offices, telehealth, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living facilities (ALFs), and hospital settings.

  • Hospital Setting — 2 positions
  • Brandon, FL — 1 position
  • Jacksonville, FL — 1 position
  • New Port Richey, FL — 1 position
  • St. Cloud, FL — 1 position

Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our expanding team. This role is designed for a seasoned clinician who is ready to make a meaningful impact across a diverse patient population and a wide range of psychiatric conditions and care settings.As an Experienced PMHNP at LTAW, you will operate with clinical autonomy while being supported by a collaborative, mission-driven team. You'll have the opportunity to work across innovative treatment modalities and play a key role in shaping the mental health outcomes of the communities we serve.Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnostic interviews
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for patients across the lifespan
  • Independently prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
  • Provide telehealth and in-person care across assigned LTAW locations
  • Deliver care in hospital, SNF, and ALF settings as applicable to assigned role
  • Collaborate with therapists, care coordinators, and facility staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Support referrals and coordination for TMS therapy and Spravato treatments
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in AdvancedMD (EMR)
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical education

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of PMHNP clinical experience required
  • Active PMHNP board certification (ANCC or AANP)
  • Active Florida APRN license
  • Active DEA registration
  • Experience in hospital, SNF, ALF, or multi-site settings strongly preferred
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered, culturally competent care
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $120,000 – $125,000 per year
  • Health insurance (eligible after 60 days)

  • PTO: 3 weeks per year
